The universe of No Man’s Sky just got bigger with the release of the Voyagers Update (version 6.0). This latest expansion allows players to design and construct larger, more ambitious ships known as Corvettes—and for the first time, friends can come aboard to explore them together.
Unlike the smaller ships we’ve seen before, Corvettes are designed as expansive spaces that feel more like mobile bases than just a way to travel from point A to point B. Inside, you’ll find hallways, med-bays, sleeping quarters, war rooms, and teleporters, giving your interstellar hauler both function and flair. Players can freely customize and expand these interiors, making each Corvette a unique creation.
This is the third major update for No Man’s Sky in the past year, following the massive Worlds Part 1 refresh that introduced new flora, fauna, and a completely overhauled ocean system with dynamic water effects and kilometers of depth. Where Worlds transformed the planets, Voyagers shifts the focus to shipbuilding, letting you turn your vessel into a hub for exploration and creativity.
To mark the ninth anniversary of the game’s debut, Hello Games is also releasing a brand-new line of official merchandise. Fans can look forward to Gek and Traveler plushies, a vinyl soundtrack, themed t-shirts, pins, and more—a celebration of nearly a decade of growth and transformation in one of gaming’s most ambitious titles.
The No Man’s Sky Voyagers Update is available now across SteamVR, PlayStation VR2, and traditional flat-screen platforms, continuing the game’s journey of constant evolution and community-driven updates.
