Mixed Reality Roguelite ‘Healer’ Launches Next Month on Quest 3

A brand-new mixed reality adventure is on the way for Quest users. Healer, a roguelite experience built around strategic combat, puzzle-solving, and fast-paced encounters, is officially launching December 11, exclusively for Quest 3 and Quest 3S.

Developed by ROTU Entertainment, the team behind Eolia, Healer places you in the role of a planetary defender. Your mission? Push back a joy-draining cosmic menace known as the Entropic Virus. Unlike traditional shooters, Healer blends mixed reality gameplay with roguelite progression, creating a dynamic experience where every encounter feels fresh.

A Mix of Shooting, Problem-Solving & Mixed Reality Magic

At its core, the game combines:

  • Shooting down undulating energy orbs

  • Solving interactive 3D puzzles

  • Battling alien creatures that invade your physical space

  • Earning high scores with each completed encounter

Thanks to mixed reality, these challenges unfold directly in your room, seamlessly blending real-world play with sci-fi action.

Cosmic Critters & Unique Upgrades

During each run, players can discover Cosmic Critters — small crystalline beings that offer gameplay boosts. These creatures add depth to your build with perks like:

  • Slowing enemy movement

  • Increasing weapon fire rate

  • Enhancing dark weapon performance

  • Unlocking powerful Set Bonuses

Each critter introduces new strategies, letting players tailor their playstyle and chase more powerful runs.

Competitive Leaderboards for High-Score Hunters

Beyond the main story campaign, Healer caters to competitive players as well. After every encounter, your performance contributes to a global leaderboard, pushing you to refine your loadout and skill for the best possible score.

Both hand tracking and traditional controllers are fully supported, letting you choose how you want to battle the Entropic Virus.

Release Date

Healer arrives December 11, exclusively for Meta Quest 3 and Quest 3S, offering a fresh blend of mixed reality gameplay and roguelite excitement.
